"I bought these they are high quality containers. My issue is the dimensions listed are only external. I emailed and asked for the internal dimensions and did not get an answer. I called to see if i could return them once i discovered the dimensions would not work for what I needed to put in the container. I did not get a return call. I called again and spoke to a CS agent who could not answer my questions of ordering the 41 qt in exchange. No call back. Called again spoke to CS again i was told I would get a call back still no call. I did order the 41qt and am very happy with the containers but support was an issue."

Flimsier than I’d expect + poor gasket
"The plastic is thinner than I expected. Also the gaskets are not adhered with glue inside, and fall out when taking the top off. Two of the plastic handles arrived broken upon delivery. I was thinking of buying more products from IRIS, but I won’t."

Product arrived broken
"I purchased seven containers from IRIS and three of the lids arrived cracked and damaged in the shipping process. I was told IRIS would need 14 business days to ship a new lid and it’s now been over a month and I’ve still not received any replacement. Overall, I cannot recommend purchasing products from IRIS online given their lack of attention to detail in their shipping and logistics process."
