"To snap the wheel in: lean with both hands on the top hand rail over the wheel you wish to attach. Press down until you hear the wheel snap in the plastic piece you have inserted to hold the wheel in place. It worked on all 4 wheels for me and I have very weak arms. So very pleased the fake wood color matched my old 1930's wood floor, my desk and rattan couch! It's a cute light duty cart that I am useing to sort junk mail and old paper work. Loved the low price and easy assembly, too."

"This works Perfectly for my kitchen and pantry needs as I was looking for a kitchen cart I could use to place my dish drainer in because I wanted one of my kitchen counters to be clutter free from a dish drainer. Even though I have a dish washer there are times I hand wash my dishes. I can easily roll this cart in my pantry or I can keep her in my kitchen. Its sturdy and very pretty cart! So glad I made this purchase!"
