"Arrived cracked. I emailed company. They said they would mail me a replacement and the replacement never showed up. Very disappointed."

"If any of you decorate for the holidays, consider getting this set of two containers. They each have a handle and two wheels for easy transport. I’ve consolidated several smaller plastic containers of decorations into just these two wheeled containers. It’s so much easier to get my decorations to the rooms I want without lifting anything heavy or bulky. The lids are held firmly by six heavy duty fasteners. They “park” nicely into the closet and actually take up less space than using lots of smaller containers."
"I really like these totes. In the first shipment 🚚, one of the two totes was broken. After reading some comments, I selected to have them replaced and returned the original. The replacement and an additional order came in without any breakage. I would order again. Make sure you don’t need them immediately in case they arrive broken."

"I've had my eye on this for a long time. I wanted to store my stuffed animals carefully and needed an airtight seal to keep the humidity out. The seal is a strip of foam, and I'm not an expert on how well that actually locks out moisture. It's convenient that this has wheels. Although I'm only using this for plushies, I can imagine that the wheels make moving heavy loads very easy. The pair I got was nicely stackable."
"Not only was I impressed with the quality of the IRIS storage boxes, but also the super responsiveness of the customer service. I ordered two sets of the 97. 5 L boxes (4 boxes in total) and received them last night around 7:30 EST. I found one of the latches was damaged upon opening the boxes and I immediately requested a replacement from IRIS. I took the box with the damaged latch to the Post Office this morning and the replacement box has just arrived less than 24 hours after my replacement request. Highly recommend this product."
