I know that from fakespot, a lot of people complained about the shipping and that some parts would be broken. Interestingly enough, when I bought these, IRIS has an option to “hide” the manufacturer’s box inside of an IRIS box. This gave it a little more protection during the shipping process. Mine came in perfect condition and I was able to put so many games into these containers. I have another set ordered and am waiting a couple days so I can get a second shelf started of my games."
