"I was carrying my files around in a cardboard box before I purchased this. This box works great with standard, letter size hanging file folders. I like the lid on top to help store additional office supplies. The box is lightweight for easy portability. Why I rate it 4/5 stars. . . - the latch to open/close the box is flimsy and pops off easily - the clear "lid" on top of the box is flimsy and pops off easily - when you open the lid, it bends all the way backwards. There is no stop to help keep the lid upright I've been using this daily for 2-3 weeks. We'll see how long it lasts."

Reasonably sturdy file box. We
"Reasonably sturdy file box. We have three of this kind, two of them from a few years ago and they hold up reasonably well, and include an accessories compartment on top for things like paper clips. If the box is well loaded and latch is not on perfectly, it slips off the catch and the lid opens, and it can break. We have other file boxes with better latches (two of them spaced apart) and they work much better (they latch in better) and hold better (with the weight distributed over two latches). So, I can't give this product a 5 because the latches are not great compared to other brands, Other than that, they're good. . . until the latch breaks, and then they're difficult to lift (you have to grab underneath with both hands)."

"Great product. Happy that all arrived in good shape and no pieces were cracked or broken (especially since I heard the thud of the box being dropped on my front porch when it was delivered). The file boxes were hard to separate initially, but all function well."

Good portable file storage
"I use this to store all of my important records and documents. I can fit this up om my shelf out of the way and only look at it when I need it. I love the compartment on the top so I can put clips in there that I may need to use while filing things"

The IRIS USA file box
"The IRIS USA file box is exactly what my husband and I needed to organize our important documents such as our marriage license/certificate, birth certificates, diplomas etc. The plastic is sturdy and durable, and the lid fits securely, keeping dust and dirt out. However, the box is a bit smaller than we expected, so it doesn't hold as many files as we hoped. It is lightweight and portable, making it east to move around as needed. Highly recommend for anyone looking to keep their documents neatly organized!"
