First off, I'm not using
"First off, I'm not using this as a laptop cart - it certainly could do that and would be reasonably good at doing so (as long as you don't mind the wheel issue I mention below). Instead, I'm using it as somewhat of a utility table, at the moment holding a laser printer that I don't have room for on my desk. And it does well - it was very easy to put together, taking just a few minutes to build and it holds the roughly 25-30lbs printer with paper and whatnot very steadily. And all for a good price, so all very good there. So why only 4 stars? One of the features that I was looking forward to using on this table were the locking wheels to hold it in place, but they only sort of do. Because the wheels are small and plastic, the brakes on the two wheels that are on what would be the side a user would sit on using this as a laptop cart do lock the wheels, but that doesn't really keep it in place on a hard floor. It still slides on the back wheels, using the locked front wheels as plastic skids. Perhaps on carpet it would be different, and they do help a bit, but not what I was expecting. Overall a good multi-use adjustable table as long as you don't mind the brake issue."

I’m 90 yeas old and
"I’m 90 yeas old and was able to put this together myself. Had a few glitches and would have liked a video on the instructions but it did get done. Perhaps a written answers to questions could go along with the diagram which was doable obviously— thanks and my name is Iris!!!!"

Looks really nice. I did
"Looks really nice. I did not put on the wheels as I need it to slide on my carpet and under my sofa. I am not sure that will work on a wood floor, as the steel may scratch. The top is dark oak color wood. Not sure if it is dark oak. Great as a computer table, extension table, pull-in tv-lunch table, with adjustable height. Very sturdy: I could even sit on it if the height adjustment is at the lowest."

We have needed a rolling
"We have needed a rolling laptop cart for some time and this one seemed to be a good fit for our needs. It’s not especially expensive so I didn’t have high expectations, though I did figure it to be up to the task for which we needed it. Though this isn’t a high end cart and there are better choices out there, those choices cost quite a bit more; in it’s price range, this one is just fine. The cart came disassembled as expected. It took about 15 minutes to put together after unboxing, and it required no tools beyond what was in the package. The exact number of parts were included – no more and no less. When finished, the cart looks exactly like it does in the product listing photos. The cart is very balanced and has no trouble handling a laptop or even working as a small table while packing a suitcase on it (though I do not recommend this in most situations). It is lightweight and I can carry it around one-handed when I want to move it between floors of the house. The downside of this cart is that it doesn’t pull close enough if there is no gap under where you’re seated when working with it. Our couch has maybe a one-inch gap between the floor and the upholstered wood, and as such the cart pulls up close but still far enough away that we have to sit on the edge of the couch seat to use it as a laptop cart. The upshot is that this is a very affordable cart. It sells for $50 as I write this, which is quite reasonable. The vertical adjustment is fairly easy and straightforward. It can be lowered enough to work for a child and tall enough to almost work as a standing desk, and the adjustment takes seconds. . I am not unhappy with this cart. It’s a good one and I am getting use out of it already. I do wish there was a way to get it to come closer to the couch, but to have that either as an adjustable sliding desk or have it on longer arms would change the cost as well as the balance and weight."

We needed a lower surface
"We needed a lower surface for kitchen prep for wheelchair bound chef, without remodeling entire kitchen. This is almost perfect with its table surface and widely adjustable height. It is quite sturdy for its build, but not as sturdy as a normal countertop which rarely causes issues as long as it is used appropriately. The other main problem we have is that the stand isn't quite wide enough for wheelchair to fit under table between wheel supports. The wheel casters are not the best, but functional. With the locking casters in front, as designed, the wheelchair wheels would run into them and lock them inadvertently. I put them in the back so as not to interfere, but now can't lock from the chair if needed."

Sturdy
"It is a good table, the welds could be better but overall it does the job. Had it for about 2 months and haven’t had any issues. The table locking mechanism works good and doesn’t let the table drop."

We got the Iris USA
"We got the Iris USA Rolling Workstation to use our laptop for work in different areas. As it turned out it has been super handy to have while I recover from knee replacement surgery. We are able to just roll my stuff from bed to chair to sofa easily and it has been very helpful. The work station went together very easily and is very sturdy. Using it is a workstation is great because the surface is large and the table does not wobble or move when typing or writing. We will find a lot of uses for this rolling workstation. Can't wait to take it out to work on the patio once the weather is nice again!"

If you plan on changing
"If you plan on changing the height frequently (sit/stand) go for a desk with a hydraulic lift. If you want to keep it at a certain height, this is FANTASTIC. It's incredibly sturdy. The top is thick and you can lean on it when writing without any shifting. The wheels move easily so you can quickly take it out or put it away. Very happy with it!"
