"The old litter box had a low large opening and my cat built the equivalent of Mt. Fuji outside the box nearly every day. Not so with the new litter box. It also has a larger pan and lid so cat can turn around much easier. No more having to pick up heavy rug to put litter back in pan. Side benefit is less chance of litter to leave on bed when he sleeps with us. I changed to a finer grained litter also."
"So far we have all been pleased with this litter box. Originally I had planned on leaving the door off so my cat can adjust but she went right for it! Assembly was really simple. Just latch the top onto the bottom with the clips and pop the door on. I like that it contains the litter both from the action of the cat scooping and from the cat jumping out. I've had far less litter on the floor. It seems to help keep odors from floating through the nearby spaces too."
"I do love this product but it has a major con for me listed below. Pros:Spacious for my catEasy to clean especially with the hood fully retractedCons:Major problem with the plastic doorway, it keeps getting stuck to the side of the box. Causing my cat to get trapped or prevents my cat from using the litter. This is an issue because my cat finds other places to pee in the house when this happens. Please realize this when purchasing."

One notable feature is the front door that flips all the way up, eliminating the need to remove the cover for daily cleaning. Additionally, the side latches securely hold the lid in place, while the poop scooper can be conveniently hung on either side of the litter box, above the latch. The top handle makes it easy to transport and clean, perfect for quick trips or on-the-go use."
"This box will definitely do the job and the price is good considering how expensive litter boxes can be. Something to note is that you will not be picking up this litter box by the handle on the cover if you need to move it around. On older covered litter boxes I’ve had, I was able to do that, but the lid and latches on this one are too flimsy to allow that and will immediately snap off if you try it."
"I recently bought this large, covered cat litter box because when I am having work done in the house, I wanted to have a covered box available upstairs, so that I don't have to carry their boxes up from the basement, 2 floors down. This way, I can set this box up in a closed bedroom and they can have access without being terrified by workmen clomping up and down the stairs. One of my cats is a big guy with a penchant for vigorously hurling litter everywhere, so the covered boxes help to contain the litter chaos. They both do fine with covered boxes - and this one works. The only minor quibble is that the scoop that came with the box has such a short handle, I would never use it to clean the box. If the scoop had another 4-5 inches on the handle, it would be fine and safer for humans to use - but I tossed this one in the trash."

We got it for a three cat household for the upstairs bathroom (they have three other open top litter boxes), and it's definitely my favorite one!Pros-Can't see or really smell the cats' waste, easy for the cats to get in and out, LOVE having the scoop clipped to the top for easy access, easy to clean, and contains most of the litterCons-When we first got the litter box it smelled odd; there was definitely a STRONG plasticy smell. A few days into it, it aired out and is fine. The x large box seems a bit flimsy, so I hold the bottom while I'm moving it around just in case."

"This litter box is a nice size, but my cat won't use it when the flap is down. Luckily you can fold it back or remove it. The lid is pretty flimsy, and the clips on the side won't hold if you lift it with the handle. Don't try it if you don't want a big mess!This was a replacement and it serves its purpose. There are sturdier ones out there but really, how often do you move the litterbox. My cat likes it so I'm happy."
"My cat likes it, but the locking feature on the sides isn't great and the top gets loose and falls off. A little difficult to clean in the corners of the box because of the way it is shaped with the cat door. All in all still gave 5 stars for the price and the fact that my cat actually seems to like using it"
