"If you're looking for short grain rice from Japan, this is it. Incredibly convenient in 2 cup secure packages. Cooks wonderfully in the Zojirushi. For someone who eats rice everyday, it's probably not what you're looking for as it's expensive, but high quality costs more. I don't eat rice everyday so it's worth it to me to have this kind of quality available when I decide to fire up the Zoji. Highly recommend."
"I looked at the rice and said to myself this did not look like 2 cups at all so I measured abs sure enough it was not even close. 3 of the small bags I measured 4 1/2 cups and that’s what I normally make every time I make rice they really need to put more rice in these bags and so trying to fool people. "I recently wanted to try my hand at making sushi. So I opted to try to make some with this short grain rice instead of the normal long grain I'm used to. I have to say that it makes such a huge difference. This rice is perfect! With a little bit of vinegar added I was able to make perfect rolls (allowed a bit of sticky rice to maintain roll shape). This was flavorful fluffy and delicious. Would highly recommend!"

"Ohyama Koshihikari from Ibaraki Japanese premium short grain white rice was pretty good. It cooked well and didn't stick. It wasn't as flavorful as I thought it would be. It was kind of sticky so it was good for rolling. I was happy with its texture. I will buy this again"
"We eat alot of rice around my house and I love to make sushi too and this Ibaraki Japanese Premium short grain white rice works perfect for it. It come'sin a bag with five packs in it and there is 2 cups of rice in each little bag. I just put it in my rice cooker with the right amount of water and it comes out perfect every time. The Japanese rice is fat and gluten free and no sodium. it works great making fried rice too. The direction's are in Japanese though."
