Everything was included and the directions were very easy to follow. We love having the table on the side of the couch where a standard side table would not fit. "This doesn’t reach over the arm of my sectional couch. I just stick it under the couch in front of where I’m sitting and it works great. I will be buying a taller and wider one since you can only fit a lap top without anything else on the table."
