Great bin and holds a

"Great bin and holds a large bag well. We do not roll it around much as it sits in the basement at the bottom of the stairs. We fill another air tight container for the dogs once a week and take it upstairs. The only problem I could see with this is what some others have complained about and that is the wheels. The plastic inserts to the attach the wheels seem a bit thin, but we have not had any issues yet. All in all, a great airtight food container."

This bin has worked wonderfully

"This bin has worked wonderfully to seal my dog food away. I don't pour dog food in rather drop the bag into it and then shut the lid. The wheels work great for sliding it in and out of the closet. I really feel this has helped eliminate the dog food smell you find at homes when dog food isn't sealed or put away properly."

It's WAY bigger than I

"It's WAY bigger than I thought. I kept looking at reviews and people were saying that this couldn't hold a 40 pound bag if cat litter. They were wrong. WAY WRONG! This thing can hold at least 4 of those bags! Which is awesome because now I only have to buy cat litter every few months! It rolls around really easy and my cats can't get into it! Definitely glad I got this."

You can use this tub

"You can use this tub for more than just pet food. I store the soy wax I use to make candles in this tub. I order my wax in 50-lbs boxes, and it can hold all 50 lbs. The wheels are awesome to easily move the heavy wax from my room to the kitchen, so no more heavy lifting for me. You can make a huge mess when you're scooping wax flakes out of the original box, but this tub has fixed that issue. I gave it four stars though because a piece of plastic on the tub snapped off and will no longer hold the wheel. I didn't want to bother the seller because I'm okay using it with three wheels. Still, it was disappointing that it broke in such a way that I can't fix it and use the fourth wheel."

A 50 lb bag of

"A 50 lb bag of anything is at the limit of my ability to move around. But I like buying corncob litter in 50 lb bags. What to do? I know, a bin with wheels on it! This bin in the 50 lb size is perfect. I don't actually know how airtight the lid really is, but for corncob litter that isn't important. The bin itself, when empty, is light as a feather. When full, it rolls easily even over carpet. It's a bit more square than it looks in the picture, so take note of the dimensions. The container seems to be good quality, with strong caster wheels and a smoothly moving lid. The "latch" on the lid is not particularly strong, so I would NOT consider this container pet-proof. If you keep pet food in this, make sure you pets do not have access to it because they will be able to open it."

I bought a larger one

"I bought a larger one for dog food (100lb dog) and a smaller one for the cat food. No worries about rodents getting into food while it stores in the garage. They roll easily out of the way, look nice, open wide so they are easy to fill. Would definitely buy again"

It is convenient but somewhat

"It is convenient but somewhat flimsy. I have a few and the wheels permit quick movement. The construction is good but I would have preferred the lid to be flat rather than concave. The price is competitive but still high. Lid hinges and latch are good. Not practical for stacking."

It's a nice container with

"It's a nice container with castors that roll easily. Does not come with a scoop, you have to buy that separately. The discription says the seal is air tight but the seal itself is just foam. So after time it will not keep a seal nor keep pests out. Other than that, the container was worth it the price. It does hold 50lbs of dog food."

If you truly want air

"If you truly want air tight, I recommend the food grade version of this container (made by same company). We still use this container for our dog food and it’s working well for us but it is not truly air tight nor does the clear plastic protect against sunlight like the food grade version."

I was in the market

"I was in the market for a container that would be able to hold a large weight of cat litter. Most of the containers you see at the pet stores are dog-themed, clunky, heavy, and usually extremely overpriced. I took a shot at this container, knowing it was large enough to hold a few bags of litter, and I must say I cannot be happier. The build is plastic, but is functional and proportionate. There is a clasp on the lid that locks it in, which ensures anyone who wants to get in, won't. And I like that the wheels are sturdy and provide for easy transport around the house. Only downside is that you shouldn't expect to be able to move the container when it is at weight capacity (in my case, 50lbs) because the wheels cannot carry a load that heavy, but I found that even around 30lbs full, it still has difficulty moving around. For that reason I've deducted a star."
