This topper does it's job
"This topper does it's job if your dog isn't creative. We bought one of the pens for a rescue that wasn't dealing with the crate well. She soon learned to climb out of it so I quickly ordered the top for it and that helped for a bit until she learned to push her way out. It has velcro tabs spaced around it to hook on to the pen and they work better if you hook them a couple of bars down. It doesn't stop my Chihuahua from getting out but it does detour her."

The pet playpen was easy
"The pet playpen was easy to put together and attractive. It was exactly what I was looking for. . . . unfortunately my chihuahuas weren't as impressed as I was and figured out how to climb out of it the second day. I did purchase the cover for it. . . it took them 2 more days to figure out how climb out of it. It will be great if I ever get a puppy. . . or a dumber dog."

This is a nice addition
"This is a nice addition to the Iris Usa Inc DIRCI604 Plastic Pet Pen, 36 by 36-Inch. It serves two important functions. It keeps your small pet safe from both climbing out and keeping overhead predators out when you elect to have your pet outside. It is very easy to install and is worth the investment."

Very nice looking cover. We
"Very nice looking cover. We got it to cover the iris dog playpen that is not metal - it is plastic and wider - so it doesn’t wrap around at the proper spots. It did work though. Our dog is just really good at getting out of things. He ripped a hole through the top the first time we left him alone in it while we left the house. So sad. For any other dog who doesn’t try to get out I’m sure it would be perfect."

Okay, fair enough---says it's for
"Okay, fair enough---says it's for small (SMALL) dogs and puppies. I used it for a mature 13 inch 20 lb Beagle. She got out of it (went under the bottom) the second day. Didn't even tip it over---just apparently lifted it with her nose and shimmied under it (I guess. i wasn't here. I was at work. ) It's well made and I assembled it, myself, so pretty easy to assemble. You have to put the locks and stuff on with a screw driver. if you are wondering if you can keep a medium dog in it, the answer is probably "no. " I wish there was something like this with a secure bottom on it. If you know of one, let me know."

This is the greatest roof
"This is the greatest roof for my pet's exercise pen!! There is plenty of ventilation and it is very durable. My dog starts jumping up and down when my husband and I come home from work and the roof stays tied down. With it being mesh he doesn't hurt his head! Great product!"

Love the puppy playpen. As
"Love the puppy playpen. As suggested by some reviewers, I also bought the mesh cover. Don't waste your money on that. My 3 lb 10 week Old puppy was able to climb up the sides, push himself up to loosen the mesh and topple out of the playpen. I used another reviewer's advice and had a piece of pegboard cut 36 in square. I lay it over the top and tied it down with shoelaces at the corners. I didn't want a permanent fit because I move the playpen between two, houses. I love how light it is and easy to transport. My little poodle is very comfortable in there when I leave him home alone. 🐾🐾"

No more puppy escaping
"I’ve had the net for about 2 months and haven’t had any puppy scales since. It was also very easy to assemble and looks good in my living room"

I really like this mesh
"I really like this mesh roof for my new puppy pen. I have seen other reviews stating that it did not work to keep the puppy in and would agree that if your puppy/dog has already learned to climb out of the pen this cover would do little to fix the problem but if you are like me and made sure the puppy did not learn to climb out before receiving the cover then I believe it will do a pretty good job making sure that bad habit did not start. I would not leave a puppy/dog in this setup unattended as I do not believe that is how it is meant to be used but for potty training and confining a dog/puppy when you are within ear/eye shot it is a great little set up. It will also be great to take camping with us as it is very portable and the mesh roof will provide some sun protection."

The roof was easy to
"The roof was easy to put on and keeps my 11 week old Havanese in the pen. I saw her trying to climb out of the play pen and got worried one of these days she would succeed while I was at work. Fun for her. . . not so much for me. :) The top has a little slack in it. I wish it fit tighter over the top. Good quality, and she does not chew on it. Well, yet at least. Would recommend."
