"Nice and deep. Lid doesn't lock down properly. Translucent, not totally clear. Bottom doesn't always lay flat. Slippery glossy texture makes it easy to wipe and makes it hard for hamster to climb out. Sturdy. Easy to drill through flexible soft plastic to customize. Thank you. I just wish the lid was sturdier."

"These are a great height for storing taller items (I can stand my dolls and action figures upright in them). The tubs are not much narrower at the bottom than the top, like so many other tubs I have seen. This makes for better use of space for storing boxes of item. I received my first two orders of these intact. On my third order, I was mistakenly sent four shorter tubs. One of these arrived with a broken corner. This brand seems more brittle than Rubbermaid or Sterilite tubs. I will be returning these and hope I will receive the correct size replacement."
"Large storage bins. Even though some of what I ordered arrived in bad conditions, I received a confirmation that the replacement would be sent out right away once I emailed their customer service. They took a few days to reply, but they were friendly and handled the issue with good care. So, with that good service, I would give them a 5-star review."
