"I never got the fan. I received a damaged resealed box that had a cat box in it. I tried contacting you by phone to no avail. You kept saying I was 3rd in line, but you never picked up I sent you an email with my complaint, but never received an answer. "As the title says, the product was fine but I returned it because I no longer needed it. It didn't provide free or reduced return shipping label. Just be aware that shipping the product back will be high because of size & weight of packaging. In retrospect, I would have ordered it through Amazon or at my local BJ's for better, cheaper return experience."

"So far I am very happy with this fan. It is very quiet and produces a strong airstream. I like the fact that it can oscillate both up and down as well as left and right. The stylish design is small enough to be put in small spaces and blends in nicely. I especially enjoy the breeze feature that simulates a gentle breeze. I am happy with this fan and would recommend it."

"I have 3 of these fans in my home. I love how quiet they are, you don’t hear them. I can take phone calls and Zoom calls and no one hears them. They move a lot of air, either with horizontal-only movement or a both up-down and horizontal pattern. Can adjust fan speed and even turn off the small lights at night. Total thumbs up!"
I fell in love with
"I fell in love with this fan after purchasing it at Costco last summer. I tried to pick up a second one but they were sold out. I came here to find one only to discover that IRIS was sold out as well. When I saw that they were back in stock I jumped at the chance to buy one. The fan is quieter than other fans its size, moves a good amount of air, and can oscillate both side to side and up and down. Yes, the lights are a bit bright but they don't bother me (if they did I'd just cover them with a bit of masking or electrical tape). I have one on top of my dresser pointed at my bed and the second fan in my sewing room. I can't imagine trying to go through the summer without this fan."

"Okay I will admit, I bought a fan that I saw on a social media platform…. I don’t regret it either!!! It’s a little high in price but I have bed through bed side fans and they are load or just don’t work. This is nice to have as it has a little remote, multiple settings and it is SO quiet!! I love it!!!"

"This fan has some power for being a personal fan. I turn it on and the blowing power on high is simply amazing. On low it feels like there is barely a breeze but as you amp it up it is great. Doesnt take up much space either."
