"I purchased seven containers from IRIS and three of the lids arrived cracked and damaged in the shipping process. I was told IRIS would need 14 business days to ship a new lid and it’s now been over a month and I’ve still not received any replacement. Overall, I cannot recommend purchasing products from IRIS online given their lack of attention to detail in their shipping and logistics process."
