Arrived broken and 6 weeks later I stil don't have replacement or refund
"Arrived broken, called multiple times amd spoke with various customer service people. Was transferred and had to leave messages. No one ever returns your call, and I mean even after 2 weeks. Then I was finally told I would receive a replacement at least 3 weeks ago and I've got nothing and heard nothing."

Two shipments of 4 bins
"Two shipments of 4 bins per box. One arrived in just the manufacturer's carton shipped to IRIS and had the bottom bin busted. See photos. Second shipment arrived with the manufacturer's carton in an IRIS p5 box and all four bins were fine. Price is good. But expect some damage due to differences in shipping packaging and handling. Once here, I've had no failures of the ones that survive shipping and handling. Fit well on garage shelving and stacked with light loads. Use common sense. Will likely order more when needed."

We originally were unhappy with
"We originally were unhappy with the time it took to ship these to us, which I still don't know why? The quality of them however are great. We ordered eight initially and will be ordering more when I have time to sort though more files. Good looking and easy to access the documents especially good for your archive files. Overall greatly pleased. UPDATE: JUST PURCHASED ANOTHER FOUR UNITS FOR RETIRING 2018 FILES."

I received this IRIS Dual
"I received this IRIS Dual purpose Letter and Legal Size File Box free of charge in exchange for an honest review. I really liked the strength and durability of this file box! The heavy duty plastic gave me confidence in filling it full. I added hanging file folders and used it to organize all my important documents. The size was large enough for me to store many papers. I liked the clear color of the file box which allows me to see inside."

I really like this filing
"I really like this filing letter system. I previously had a lot of pile-up from multiple pieces of mail that are important but no way of practically organizing everything. This system is helpful because it gives me a central place to store everything. The boxes feel durable and high quality as well. Very happy to have these organizers."

The bins themselves are great.
"The bins themselves are great. The lids aren’t though. It takes minimal pressure for them to come off. If you’re looking for something to protect documents/things from the weather, these are not it. We use them to store paperwork in our closet so they do the job well"

I ordered a 4- pack
"I ordered a 4- pack of these and when they arrived one box was cracked. The cardboard box they arrived in didn’t look beat up, but there is no cushioning or bubble wrap or anything to protect the plastic. A lot of reviews said that lids arrived cracked my lids were good but it was a boxes that were cracked. I submitted a return online and two days later I had a replacement four pack. All items were fine in the replacement pack. The lids lightly snap onto the boxes so it doesn’t seem very secure. Material for the box and lid is a thin plastic. Was hoping for a more sturdy box with a more secure lid but you get what you pay for."

I used two of these
"I used two of these for actual files and the hanging folders fit well. I used another for a small toybox for infant grandson and another one to hold my tupperware containers. They work for what I'm using them for. My only complaint is that the lids don't snap on tight."

"You can arrange these as letter or as legal, and they are very well-built. I've replaced my filing cabinet with these boxes, and it is a definite improvement. Even completely full, they aren't very heavy, and the design means that if anything spills onto the box, the papers inside won't get wet."
