"These storage containers are made of a sturdy plastic. There are buckles on each end of the container that keep the lid locked into place. Containers come in different colors - black clear and white. The 40 quart size is a good size for storing items. Not so big that it will be too heavy to lift yet big enough to fit a lot of stuff. The handles are curved underneath which make it easier when lifting."
"These are great boxes. Plenty of room and strong. The lids clamp on and it's a breeze to stack. The clear sides lets you get a glimpse of what's inside if you're like me and you are too lazy to label your storage boxes. Recommended!"
"I have some black tubs with red handles that I use for camping that are pretty rugged there are not like that. These tubs are like any other standard clear tubs. I do like this size though. These are a great size for the wire shelves and they stack just fine."

"These things are perfect for tossing in the attic. My wife likes to decorate with different Christmas ornaments every year and we needed something to put them in. She doesn't have enough to fill up a normal sized bin so I thought these would be a good fit. Also being clear helps with knowing what is inside. They stack very well and I don't have to worry about them toppling over. Lids also snap with ease. Never thought I would be so satisfied with a storage bin but these really do get the job done right."

"The 40 Quart Stack & Pull Box 5 Pack Pearl with Black Buckle are super sturdy and hold a lot up to the 40 quarts. I have used mine to store my overabundance of Christmas supplies. These totes stack very nicely together and are a great option for any storage needs. The clips that hold the lid on are very effective. I would love to see these in an 80-quart size but having 5 of these was perfect to hold all our items in. I would recommend trying the stack and pull storage totes as they are very efficient for storage items."
