"Ordered 6 boxes. They arrived with zero protection inside the cardboard outer boxes. No surprise then, 3 lids broken. But, instead of expediting the replacements I’m told they are spare parts and as such will not be dispatched for 14 days. Awful service."

"The container came cracked and broken. I emailed and received an automated message that I would be contacted in 48 hours. I was never contacted. I followed up with another email and a phone call to the customer service number. Both of those were also ignored and received no response. Do not order from this company. The products come damaged and there is no customer support"

"One container arrived cracked with a broken lid. They are a nice size but I don’t think they will last long in the az heat even though they are “weatherproof “. Even with a sale they were too expensive. I really wanted to like these because they are made in Surprise Az, USA and I live in Scottsdale, Az. I have a few other Iris containers that are great."

"We've been using this for old toys that we no longer want or need. It holds sooo much! I love that it's weather proof too. All the extra handles around the outside make it seal better too. I love the size of this it's great quality and I want to buy more of these!"

"This tub is big enough to store almost anything! It's not one of the super thick outdoor types but it seems pretty durable and has 6 latches on the kid to keep it on securely. The latches are also super easy to to open and close. The tub itself is not heavy either which is a big plus. I really like it."
