impossible to slide the drawer back into place
"I’m very disappointed with this product. It’s more expensive than similar items sold on Amazon, but I bought it trusting Iris’s reputation for quality. The result, however, has been terrible—I’d like to return it if I could. The reason is that once you pull the drawer out, the support at the back of the drawer drops down and gets in the way, making it impossible to slide the drawer back into place. As a result, it doesn’t close all the way—it stops about 2 inches short. To close it, I have to pull out the entire shelf unit and push the obstructing part upward from the back. This happens because of the weight placed in the top drawer. It doesn’t work if I put six cans in there, but it’s fine with two bath towels—but that’s not the kind of product I was looking for. I’d like to return it, but I’ve already thrown away the packaging, so I’m at a loss. The product description didn’t mention anything about limiting the drawer’s weight to one pound. The company won't accept returns without the original packaging. Who would want to keep a big cardboard box for 30 days?"
