"I love everything about this but wish I could buy an extra tray for the top. Our dog can get out. He’s a 7 month old welsch springer spaniel and about 40-45 pounds. He’s a Houdini and uses the horizontal rung to boost himself. I emailed the company and they said they don’t sell it. I used the box for awhile but the reason I bought this was for how modern and simple it looked. Just want the another tray!!! But I may find a piece of heavy wood or something."

"The faux wood rails looks realistic, and gives the pen a modern, clean look. Overall it's very sturdy and keeps out 50+ pound dog inside (even when he jumps up on the sides). We use the pen without the base but it looks good with it and would keep a mess inside, if you're worried about that. Would definitely buy again."

"I use this as a home base for my rabbit. The product arrived very poorly packaged, and accordingly broken. I tried to contact the manufacturer, as it was extremely large, heavy, and awkward to bring to an IRIS return site, especially with the falling apart packaging. I could not get anyone by phone nor leave a message, but got a response by email in less than a day. They agreed to ship out a replacement for the broken piece in 12-14 business days, which never arrived. I contacted them again and they assured it was shipped and this time provided the requested tracking information. The product did then arrive, a month and a half after the original broken one. It was just as poorly packaged but miraculously was not broken. Great product a snap to put together, easy to clean, and is not an eyesore in my living room."

"We use this to keep our dog out of things overnight and while we are away. It’s tall enough that she can’t jump or climb out of it. We had issues with the gate we had before this so we were looking for something taller with enough room for her bed, food and water. There is even spare room for her to stand outside of her bed if she wants to. The little door in the front works great and slides with ease. No need to drop her in as she will walk in on her own when enticed by a treat. It also comes with a tray that will protect the wood floor underneath."

Great cage for small pets.
"Great cage for small pets. I use it for my Cockapoo that weighs less than 20lbs. Cage is simple to setup, but wish it had some design choices to make it a better experience. The screws are circular, which make the cage prone to folding without the little clips on the side that hold the cage panels in place. - Screws could be squared instead of circular to massively improve this. The side clips are plastic and could be of stronger material for the price. The tray is weak plastic. Your dog may chew it up or break pieces off due to wear. __ I simply use the tray on top of the cage to give the cage some shade from the house lights. Also gives yhe cage a cozier feel when placing a blanket over the top & keeps the pet from trying to hop over the top."
I wanted a kennel that
"I wanted a kennel that didn't look like a cage so I ordered the tall/large (36" high) for my 30lb dog. At 7 months, I don't think my dog will get any larger but he is constantly jumping against the sides when he gets excited. I saw that some of the photos showed a top on the kennel and would love to know where they got it."
