"I bought four 47-quart drawers. Three of them were good. One of them was broken on arrival. I have shipped the broken drawer back to IRIS USA. I hope I can get a replacement, and hopefully reimbursement for shipping costs."

"Placed in my bathroom for extra storage under my cabinets. They are perfect except I didn’t realize you had to pull open from the bottom. It’s harder to open pulling from the bottom since they sit on the floor. Other than that, I like them a lot."
"These are really good. My problem is I can't seem to get them to arrive intact. The lip at the front of the drawers (that keeps them from sliding out of the back of the frame) was cracked on 4 out of the 6 that I have received. At this price, instant return for replacement."
