Missing a latch

"The container is missing a latch when received. It won’t seal. Also cosmetically damaged. I’ve contacted customer support for a respond and they’ve never responded."

Loved it.

Storage bin for hay

"Does as advertised. Stores hay exceptionally well, even offers to feed my guinea pigs for me."

At first I thought the top was broken, but this is a one-sided handle--which is actually great!

"When the container comes, the top is not attached. Because I thought it was supposed to be two-handled, I thought it was broken. It wasn't. One side clips through holes and the other side has the latch. Great design for one-handed opening and closing."

wasnt airtight

"arrived with a huge gap in the foam seal on the top. i glued in some extra foam and now it seals a bit better. the latch comes unlatched a bit too easily for my liking but my cat hasn't figured it out yet so that's all that matters there."
