"Was looking for a litter box with hood that would fit our crate. This fit the bill perfectly. With open litter pans our kitten was splashing litter all over the place. This reduced the mess considerably. While taking it out to clean - we do have to keep the door on top so we can take out easily from crate. Also you have to hold the bottom as well with other hand. Lid/hood comes off easily if you just hold by too handle and litter did spill out twice - thank God was near trash then! Other than that no issues"

I love that it fits

"I love that it fits in a corner! The door fell off on my cat so he pooped on the floor. I just took the door off so that fixed that. Easy enough to clean. Use the scooper it came with since it’s the perfect size for the corners by the door. My cat tends to go towards the front the the box. I put the door towards the corner so it would stop my dog from getting into the cat box. That’s why I have it facing that way in the pics. Very good quality for the price!"

"I have 3 cats which can be picky. One of them has an issue with taking litter out of the box and pooping outside, but the door and locking top have helped resolve his issue. Our youngest cat has problems covering her poop so the hood keeps the smell in. The handle makes it so easier to pick up especially for cleanings."

I had to decrease the

"I had to decrease the amount of litter dust in my house & decrease litter odors. This replaced a top entry litter box my girls have used since I bought their 3 story cat condo. The corner box fits differently and they still use it as a step to the lower floor. I initially pulled back the door cover because my girls were hesitant. In a couple of days I put it down and within a few hours they were okay with the swinging door. It doesn't close completely but it made a big decrease in the dust everywhere. The scoop did not come with it, but I prefer my old one. I only lift it to move it a few feet away to remove the lid & scoop out waste. I read reviews about the latches being questionable. They pop open if bumped hard enough. I double check before I lift by the handle and they are great. I also use light weight litter so maybe that helps. I have not found a pan that waste does not stick to at least sometimes, so I spray with Pam cooking spray before 1st use and after every cleaning to make scooping easier. I also added a mat that could catch litter to pour back inside the box. If they ever create an inexpensive one that the flap closes completely without trapping my girls inside I might buy it. Until then, I am loving this."
