"Hello! The containers are great! Unfortunately, both times I've ordered, when they arrived there were broken pieces. There is no packing added to prevent chipping during shipping. I would recommend that IRIS take additional care to protect its containers and limit damage when placing them into boxes for shipping. Thank you!"
