"The overall quality is good, but the lock-in flaps do not snap firmly in place, so the covers cannot be secured and open on their own. Identical cases I purchased a few years ago do not have this problem. Is this just a bad batch? If so, I'd like to have the ones you sent me replaced. Please let me know. Thanks. Peter"

"These were the perfect size for what I needed, and I can't find this size anywhere else basically. It's all boxes for 6 inch papers or 12. So it's incredibly frustrating that I can't use them because they literally won't latch closed. I needed them for some small sized games, and what use are they if they pop open and let all the pieces fly out? I don't know if it was due to where they were stored that caused them to warp or something, but it seems like they were stored improperly before shipping due to the condition of the labels. When I received them, the labels were like yellowed, hard, and just fell off into the box when I pulled them out."
