Wonton Soup

Ingredients

    • 2 large Chinese napa leaves

    • 1 Carrot
    • 1 Bok choy
    • 1 stalk Green onion
    • 1 Shiitake mushroom

    • 10-15 Wonton pieces (Frozen)

    • 2 cups Chicken broth

    • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
    • 1 tbsp Grated ginger
    • 1 tsp Sesame oil

    Directions

    1. From the main menu, select 'Auto Cook' and select 'Wonton Soup' from the recipe presets. Press 'Ok' to start.

    2. Add the chinese napa, carrot, bok choy, green onion, and shiitake mushroom to the pressure cooker.

    3. Place the frozen wontons on top of the vegetables.

    4. Pour in the chicken broth and add the soy sauce, grated ginger, and sesame oil.

    5. Securely attach lid and set the pressure release valve to 'VENT' Press 'Ok' to start.

    6. Once cook time has finished, Confirm that all steam has released from the valve before opening the lid.

    7. Ladle the soup into bowls and serve hot. Enjoy!
