Our favorite homemade Thanksgiving cranberry sauce!

Ingredients

2 (12-ounce) packages fresh or frozen cranberries

½ cup sugar

½ cup brown sugar

½ cup freshly squeezed orange juice

2 3inch strips of orange zest

1 3inch cinnamon sticks

¼ teaspoon ground cloves
-
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
Place cranberries, sugars, orange juice, orange zest, cinnamon sticks and cloves into your pressure cooker. Stir until well combined.
Cook at high pressure for 5 minutes. Naturally release pressure for about 15 to 20 minutes. Release the rest of the pressure using quick release.
Remove orange zest and cinnamon sticks. Mash cranberry mixture with a spoon until desired consistency is reached, stir in vanilla.
Let cool down and ENJOY!
