0.5 lbs Your favorite white fish fillet(Cod, Sea bass, Snapper etc.)
1 clove Ginger
3 tbsp Red wine
3 tbsp Soy sauce
3 tbsp Sugar
3 tbsp Honey or Corn syrup
Place the fish fillet in the pressure cooker.
In a small bowl, mix together the minced ginger, red wine, soy sauce, sugar, and honey or corn syrup. Pour the mixture over the fish fillet.
From the main menu, select 'Auto Cook' and select 'Simmered Fish' from the recipe presets. Press 'Ok' to start.
Attach lid (make sure the lid is sealed, and securely in place) and set the pressure release valve to 'SEAL' Press 'Ok' to start.
Once cook time has finished, ensure that the float valve has fully descended, then turn the pressure release valve to 'VENT'. Confirm that all steam has released from the valve before opening the lid.
Serve hot with your favorite dish. Enjoy!
