Seafood simmered in white wine with olives

Experience the coastal flavors of this Seafood & Olives recipe!. Freshly caught seafood is cooked to perfection in a white wine sauce infused with the salty and briny flavor of olives. Each bite will transport you to the Mediterranean seaside with a burst of taste!
6 Shrimp pieces
½ lbs Squid
2 cloves Garlic
9-12 Olives, cut in pieces
1.5s cup White wine
A splash of Lemon juice
Salt and pepper, to taste
To get started, you'll need:
From the main menu, select ‘Manual Cook’ and then choose ‘Sear/Sauté’. Set the heat level to level 3.
Heat the oil and sauté the garlic, celery, and onion until softened.
Add the white wine, bring it to a boil, and let it reduce for about 3-4 minutes.
Add the shrimp, squid, olives, lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper.
From the main menu, select 'Auto Cook' and select 'Seafood & Olive' from the recipe presets. Press 'Ok' to start.
Securely attach lid and set the pressure release valve to 'SEAL' Press 'Ok' to start.
Once cook time has finished, ensure that the float valve has fully descended, then turn the pressure release valve to 'VENT'. Confirm that all steam has released from the valve before opening the lid.
Serve the Seafood & Olive Stew with a bowl of rice or pasta, and enjoy!
