- 3 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp White vinegar
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 1.5 cup Canola oil
To get started, you'll need:
From the main menu, select 'Auto Cook' and select 'Homemade Mayo' from the recipe presets. Press 'Ok' to start.
Add the eggs into the pressure cooker, and cover them with water
Securely attach lid and set the pressure release valve to 'VENT' Press 'Ok' to start.
Once cook time has finished, Confirm that all steam has released from the valve before opening the lid.
Peel the shell of the eggs, and place in a blender (or bowl)
Add in the lemon juice, white vinager, mustard, and canola oil
Blend until the mixture thickens and becomes a creamy mayonnaise consistency.
Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
