Indulge in the rich and creamy flavors of this Custard Pudding. Creme caramel and vanilla flavored, this is a smooth and silky dessert that is sure to please any palate. Serve it warm or cold, with a sprinkle of cinnamon, nutmeg or your favorite topping, for a satisfying and delicious treat.
2 Eggs
¼ teaspoon Vanilla extract
In a medium bowl, beat the eggs until they are well mixed.
Add the milk, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract to the eggs and mix until well combined.
Place the granulated sugar and water in the pressure cooker and mix until the sugar is dissolved.
Pour the egg mixture into the pressure cooker on top of the sugar mixture.
From the main menu, select 'Auto Cook' and select 'Custard Pudding' from the recipe presets. Press 'Ok' to start.
Securely attach lid and set the pressure release valve to 'VENT' Press 'Ok' to start.
Once cook time has finished, Confirm that all steam has released from the valve before opening the lid.
Allow the custard to cool for a few minutes before serving.
Optional: You can serve the custard with some whipped cream or a sprinkle of cinnamon on top for added flavor. Enjoy!
