Pressure cooker baked fruits (apple, peach, pineapple etc.)

Our recipe is versatile and can be made with a variety of fruits such as apples, peaches, berries, and plums. The pressure cooker also helps to keep the fruits' natural shape, texture, and color. 3 Fresh fruits (Apples / Peaches / Pineapples etc.)
- 0.5 cup Red wine
- 4 tbsp Sugar
Cinnamon powder, to taste
To get started, you'll need:
Wash and slice the fruits into small pieces.
In a pressure cooker, add the sliced fruits, red wine, sugar, and cinnamon powder.
From the main menu, select 'Auto Cook' and select 'Baked Fruits' from the recipe presets. Press 'Ok' to start.
Securely attach lid and set the pressure release valve to 'SEAL' Press 'Ok' to start.
Once cook time has finished, ensure that the float valve has fully descended, then turn the pressure release valve to 'VENT'. Confirm that all steam has released from the valve before opening the lid.
Open the pressure cooker and give the baked fruits a stir.
Serve the baked fruits hot or chilled, as a dessert or a topping for your favorite dish. Enjoy!
