This puppy pad tray is
"This puppy pad tray is working well as long as I am able to change the pad as soon as Ruby uses it. If I dont, she is able to pull it out & tear the pad to shreds. It just doesnt seem like the snap down sides do not hold the pad tight enough and she is able to pull out."

"I was looking for a pad holder because my pup would chew up the pad or displace it every time he runs over it. This pad holder works as described. I personally use a larger pad that I buy at a wholesale store for cheaper, so the pad is much larger than the holder. Either way, I still plop it down and the holder does the job albeit with the corners and edges of the pad sticking out on the sides. 10/10 would buy again."

Wouldn't have been without it
"Wouldn't have been without it for potty training our puppy! Before we had the holder we just stuck that pads down on the floor but our puppy would frequently pee off the pad when we did this. Once we used the holder she had very few accidents where she went off of the pad and usually that happened because she already had pee on the pad and didn't want to step in it. I found some puppy pads for a good price a Sam's Club that we use in it. I gave a one star deduction because out puppy can tear the pad out of the holder. But she only does this if she is left in an enclosed area with the pad too long and gets bored. Great price on IRIS when I purchased it!"

Great price here on IRIS--
"Great price here on IRIS-- my local pet store charges almost $30!So I have a cat that decided to stop peeing in the litter box one day. I had him checked out by the vet three separate times, and there is nothing medically wrong with him. I keep his boxes clean, I added extra boxes, I tried different litters, nothing. I decided to give puppy pads a whirl, because his spot of choice to pee on was rugs and towels left on the floor. He took right to the puppy pads and it was great, except he pawed at them for ages until the pad was halfway across the house and had to be thrown out. I picked up one of these from my local store and it's perfect! I put two pads in at once (staggered) so when he paws at one there is still a second layer underneath. I don't love having pee pads constantly in my house, but I raised my cat from a newborn and I'm not getting rid of him. He's just weird and quirky. Oddly enough is sister (full sister) started having the same issue, and now she uses pee pads at my mom's house. I bought this for her to use and it worked again."

My puppy stays in his
"My puppy stays in his playpen overnight and he is not fully housebroken. He wasn't hitting the pad at all and I found myself mopping the floor every day. Since using this he hasn't missed once and I can clean up his play area in a flash in the am. Getting another one for the kitchen to catch accidents and see if he uses it there"

"I purchased this for my new puppy because I didn't want to place her pads in her crate. She is enjoying tearing her puppy pads up in this, which is a pain in the butt, but that's nobody's fault. I can see a definite improvement in her training. I also like the fact that she has to step onto the pad mat, which has raised edges, so no more accidentally missing the pad. The other reason I wanted to review this product is that I purchased it here on IRIS for almost half the price that I saw in PetSmart for the same pad holder!"

GREAT product! My sweet cocker
"GREAT product! My sweet cocker spaniel was mistreated before I met her at the animal shelter. I am not sure but I do believe that she was never potty trained. I have two dogs and they sleep in their crates at night. Sydney, my cocker spaniel almost always pees in her crate, and seemed to not even mind laying in it. Poor thing! I tried newspapers, old towels. . . everything. I found this pad holder along with the pads that you can buy separately and they are a godsend!! The holder gets only 4 stars however because the clamps that snap together to hold the pads are not top quality. Sometimes they are hard t snap together and sometimes they come unsnapped and Sydney can "dig" out the pad underneath. STILL. . . . GREAT product!!!! Also fits perfectly into her crate and is the perfect size for her."

These are ok. Think it
"These are ok. Think it would work better for a smaller dog. I have a 20 lb dachshund puppy I am trying to train, and she gets on it, then the poo poo goes on the side or on the floor. She's just too long. Sometimes, she'll put her two front feet on it, and then pee on the floor. My 8lb chihuahua uses it (she's already pad trained though) and always makes it on. 17 1/2 x 23 1/2 pads fit perfectly in these. IRIS Neat 'n Dry Floor Protection and Training Pads are a brand I bought and they worked in these holders."

Exactly what I needed! I
"Exactly what I needed! I have a toy Chihuahua puppy and it is the perfect size for her and it is really helping with the Housebreaking journey ahead. I live in Arizona and the pavement gets very hot here so I will use it as a back up for her when she’s not able to go for a walk."

For some reason there is
"For some reason there is something about having to step up on a pee pad that helped my dog start going in one spot. Previously I had just laid a pee pad directly on the fllor with sparatic results. This holder is easy to snap on and off and does not spill on the floor. I'm glad I made the investment to save my floor from a dog that seems to have a high amount of outflow."
