"These arrived with one latch broken but the company’s customer service is awesome. The shipping container had no damage so it’s a little concerning as to their durability but I’m not planning on lugging these around - they are just for storage to keep out moisture and bugs. So very happy with these totes and the company."
"These 19 gallon IRIS bins are the perfect solution for our stackable storage needs. They are larger than the 16 gallon bins we replaced, but still easy to handle. We ordered a pack of 6 and began filling them up before we noticed one bin arrived with a hole in the bottom. My only option on IRIS USA was to return all 6 which we didn't want to do. (I noticed several reviews mentioned the orders arrived without any padding which was true. ) There was no option to contact the seller so I called the customer service number on the IRIS USA website. I can't say enough about the wonderful customer service. Not only did an agent answer without going through an annoying voicemail menu, but she immediately offered to ship a new bin. She graciously apologized for our inconvenience and a week later the replacement bin arrived. We will now be ordering a second set. Go, IRIS USA!"
"Love the 19- gal tote it is really durable and keeps all the products inside nice and clean. It is also very easy to lift. The lid is easy to take off and the bin is big enough to store almost all of my summer/winter clothes and I have tons."
"I have ordered these multiple times. Every time I was very happy with them. What I really like about them is the size, the durability, the strength, and the fact that they are lockable. I use them as storage in the garage and don’t have to worry about bugs getting in. They are also waterproof, at least in the rain. However, my last two orders have had broken boxes inside. When the first box came with broken boxes, I simply contacted IRIS USA and drove the 30 minutes away to IRIS USA return store and did the return and then drove 30 minutes back home. Within a few days, I received my next box of boxes and And I was happy and content. Then I ordered some more boxes since we are beginning to pack for a Move and wanted to store some things. Unfortunately, in that next order, there was also broken boxes. I was very dismayed and quite upset quite frankly. Out of six orders to have two of the boxes have broken items inside it was very disappointing. In my opinion, the broken boxes occurred by the shipping company. In my opinion, also, a different company should be used or packing needs to be improved. I’m still giving this four star review because the boxes themselves are fantastic. I will try buying some more again."

"I bought this a week ago best choice I made !. I needed a good quality that would be enough room but also have that extra durability for great protection . I really enjoy how it closes and stays shut to keep my belongings safe from all kinds of elements . It's definitely got some great depth and stores everything I need properly . Very easy to store out of sight fits about anything you need it for ."
"This is a good sized storage tote. The 19 gallon size is very manageable. I especially like the feature of the buckles on the lid which secures closure much better than snap than those with snap on lids."
