"Got this file storage box for short term storage of very important and irreplaceable papers. I was leary of any product due to the nature and importance of the papers. I liked that was weather sealed. I got it as a short term solution until I get a fire safe box all my documents are safe and sound inside and I will be able to put it to use again and again due to it being quality made. ."

It has the lip inside for the hanging files. I love the top on this. So many have a hinged top and the hinges break for me.
