I received my containers today
"I received my containers today and was missing a single latch. I called IRIS customer service, and they were amazing! The lady I spoke to had no issue sending me a few extra latches “just in case you have any break in the future”. I almost let it go because I didn’t want to mess with sending the entire package back for a single latch, and she was so accommodating. Highly recommend if for no other reason than their customer service!!"

These were so much sturdier
"These were so much sturdier than I was expecting based on the price, other reviews as well as the "shoe-box" size I bought from this brand back in April. I was able to fit full 8x11 size paper items (towards the mid/top) and over all a great deal of "stuff". (~1,000 photos of various sizes, some being panoramic -- circa the late '90's. )The lid-lock mechanism is actually pretty sturdy feeling, which was a nice surprise. I bought these with the intention to clean up my garage shelves (keeping user manuals together with corresponding spare hardware and/or tools, keeping all my paint brushes together, putting all my hose nozels/ spare solar lights, etc. ) . . . stuff like that which was just stuck into random piles. They are large enough that I also ended up having 4 available to store papers/pictures. Overall really happy with the quality, especially for the price and will use this brand again."

Overall I am very happy,
"Overall I am very happy, I ordered 3 orders of these and was fairly satisfied. The only thing to be weary of is that when traveling over, one of the box cracked so I am not able to use it. If you are carrying very heavy things in the box I suggest carrying it under instead of the handles, just in case."

These are basically what you'd
"These are basically what you'd expect, but they're a bit sturdier than I assumed they would be. My favorite feature, however, is that the lids are curved up a bit, which means that all of the fabric scraps I'm stuffing in, which naturally heap in the middle, have a bit more room to behave as fabric naturally does. The bins are designed to be stackable even so, with feet that nestle into grooves in the lids. I'm really happy with these."

"Good storage unit with lids that latch, good selection of sizes, not expensive,"

Great choice
"I’ve had these for years and they still clasp fine. I do only open them a few times a month though."

I needed containers to store
"I needed containers to store various pieces of fabric - I bought this size as well as the step up larger ones. Perfect! Some of my fabric is wool so the lid was a must to protect it. It's a nice fitting lid that I'm sure will keep moths out. I doubt the container would do well submerged in water - but it would definitely work to save something from a shower or leak."

I bought 2 different sizes.
"I bought 2 different sizes. I am a really critical person and these turned out better than I imagined. They work just as described. They are perfect for stuff that does not fit filing systems - like old letters from friends. Also for office knick knacks. Endless electrical cords. Best part is you can see what's inside making organization super fast and efficient. Highly recommend."

The size is perfect for
"The size is perfect for storing and stacking shoes that get dirty - but the boxes themselves needed to have a bit of extra plastic clipped off around the edges ( more for looks than that they impeded functionality at all) but also a few of the black handles were missing."

I ordered these containers to
"I ordered these containers to help me organize my craft items and extra junk. The containers seem sturdy enough, but the locking pieces for the handles have a hard time staying on. They have a tab under each side of the lock that fits in holes on the container where the lock belongs. They go on okay, but are loose and easily fall off again. Originally as I went to use them I would put the locks on the ends to get them ready to fill and put up. During the filling process I sometimes had to move the container and the locks were constantly falling off. It didn't take long to see that I should not add them till I was ready to close the containers. Sometimes too, when I would carry a closed container to it's storage place, the locks would shift and wanted to come off then too. Once you get them done and stack them, they do fine while they are sitting still, but I can tell every time I need to open and close them, they are going to try to drop off. Not sure what the solution is, but this is how it is now."
