"Arrived with one of the lids cracked. I used the chat box on IRIS USA to talk to the Customer Service Representative and she sorted it out straight away. I had my replacement within two days after that. I did not have to send the lid or the original box back and the replacement was at no extra cost. I am very happy with the outcome. We are planning on using these to help store xmas decorations after the event."
