"Love these bins for storage and protecting important papers. The only problem is that one container and lid was cracked and broken along corner and part of edge. This has happened before on a previous order that was placed via the Container Store. Future orders need paper packing material and an indication on the box as to which end is up."

"Iris's Customer Service is Good. We order many boxes/bins every year. If any of them come broken, they ask that we send a picture, and they automatically mail out new ones. Worth the price and the customer service we receive!"

"Very disappointed. All of the containers had the very unpleasant, plastic off-gassing smell. Would not recommend them to anyone. Also, one of the tops was broken and damaged in transit."
"I condensed 3 accordion file folders into one of these boxes. It has a cover, however, I would prefer a stronger clasp but ok. No more floppy files. Everything is in a box which is much easier to retrieve papers. There is a ridge along the inside which supports the hooks of the file folders so no metal frame is necessary. Absolutely great to get your paperwork organized and maintain it. Love it!"
"Exactly what I need. I’m a chandler with a couple dozen lbs of wax and other candle making supplies. These fit and hold about six slabs of wax perfectly. They’re very sturdy and durable. I just slide, pull, drag and drop them with no worries. Yes I know they’re for filing but I have a very small work space and needed small, affordable storage containers. As mentioned in the reviews one lid was cracked in the corner so beware. Besides that I’m so happy I purchased them."
"Good products and reasonable price, the only issue is the packaging was not good. I’ve purchased this item many times and always have to return one of the two orders because there is no protection on the bins and handing is rough. They usually arrived damaged"
