My 4-month-old puppy absolutely loves
"My 4-month-old puppy absolutely loves this playpen! We only use 6 out of the 8 panels since he is 7lbs. I love that I can shape it however space allows. It fits his big donut bed, his toy bin, and a blanket perfectly. Very pleased with this purchase. The material is a nice heavy-duty plastic. The door was the only piece that required tools and it only took 10 min to assemble. I really like how the bottom pieces of the panels have stoppers so it will not scratch the floor. Highly recommend!"

I almost gave less stars
"I almost gave less stars because I ordered 2 and they both came without the doors which is one of the reasons why I bought this product. I called customer service for the company though and they were so helpful and are sending me out the doors right away. The product itself is sturdy and was easy to be put together. I may have had an issue but the quality of customer service made it all okay."

"We ended up crating our puppy so we haven't used the pen much aside from blocking off areas of the home and patio like we used to with our children when they were babies. The sides are easily removable. I made the mistake of ordering the pen that is way higher than I will ever need."

This is a great product
"This is a great product for new puppies. Product instructions show a “Gate” and how to install but my box did not have a Gate included. Each section can easily be installed and connected with the white pole rods that slip inside the black sections. You can attach it to a separately purchased Wire Kennel Crate so puppy can sleep in the crate and go out to relieve herself in one area of the black playpen. This playpen did keep my 20 pound 3-month old puppy contained while I was away from house for 2 hours; however, the puppy jumped on it and the hexagon shape to start with was in a long rectangle shape when I returned home…. with puppy still safely inside pen. (Placed on wood flooring)The black sides are a durable, thick plastic. Plastic is lightweight for ease of assembly and carrying, high enough to keep pup from climbing out…at least for now at this size and age. I was pleased with this product."

This item is a bit
"This item is a bit flimsy. If you have a dog that wights more than 30 pounds forget it as the dog will eventually just run it all over the room as it is not sturdy for staying in one spot. I would come home and it would pretty much be wherever the dog wanted to move it to."

Perfect for our new puppy!
"Perfect for our new puppy! Don’t know what we would do without it. only complaint is the rods that hold it together have a plastic cap that appear to be glued or attached. Two of our pole tops popped off. I glued them back on with CA glue so I’m hoping they stick. Such a good investment if you have a small puppy"

This is to keep our
"This is to keep our medium sized poodle in the garage area out side the fence while my husband works in garage or on cars, she is very spoiled and my husband spoils her but we are all happy. It would be nice it it was easier to attach as one long screen to the fence and the bricks of our house. Does a nice job but a bigger dog that really wants to get out could make that happen."

The pen itself was and
"The pen itself was and is wonderful. The ability to move the panels in and out so easily is worth the price alone. The only problem encountered was some missing hardware. The packet of small screws for attaching the door hinges and latches was missing as well as the second door latch. The screws were standard ones easily obtainable and with small breed puppies one latch was sufficient for our purposes. Of course, one could call customer service for replacements if one wants to wait. We are totally satisfied with the quality of the materials and the construction."

Super easy to assemble and
"Super easy to assemble and use. The pins have been loosing their caps, but we can glue them back on. Great for younger kittens and puppies. Our kittens leaned to climb these like a ladder at about 3 months old, but we still use them to partition areas of our house for our 6 month old golden retrievers. We will likely not need them forever, but I could see how they’d be great long term for smaller dogs."

I love the concept of
"I love the concept of this// it however is no match for my pug!! I have found nothing can contain him. I have tried it all, this lovely play yard is really nice but he does not like being contained so he is in it for about a minute before he hops his chunky butt right out of it with no remorse. The first thing he does is comes right over to me wagging his tail like he just climbed Mt Everest. I would recommend this if you have a dog that doesn't mind being in a kennel that will not jump over it. It is so easy to put together and sturdy. I wish I could use it, I have tried putting stuff over the top a big comforter and he was out of it even with that. he is tricky. I do use the box like a baby gate for the stairs so that part I use. I use it if I have the sliding glass doors open and he stays in it if I am getting groceries out of the car but if I do not let him out of it he will surely let himself out :-)"
