SUMMARY:
The National Account Manger position is responsible for executing and driving a comprehensive business plan that will result in the delivery of sales and profit growth consistent with the company and division vision. The selected individual will provide support for the Ecommerce Division by acting as the National Account Manager over existing accounts, executing on new account opportunities, forecasting and promoting products new and existing, working internally and externally to be a representative liaison between the company and their accounts. The National Account Manager will work closely with the Director of Ecommerce Sales to strategically balance the proper Product, the right price, and promotional strategy for the particular account and channel to maintain the necessary stability to overall IRIS USA market. Possess the necessary skills and actions with regards to P&L proficiency, promotional activity development, comprehensive understanding of paperwork processes, attention to detail and accuracy, knowledge and ability to thoroughly utilize all aspects of the accounts systems.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Initial sales contact for National Accounts
- Process orders and set up new accounts as the customer’s advocate
- Forecast properly and accurately for each account
- Develop a strategy to load new products specifically for the proper channel and creating a promotion plan for that channel/account
- Consistently auditing the look and feel of the products demonstrated on the Inside Sales account’s websites and moving toward improvement and synergy with other Ecommerce sites to develop a single voice across all channels
- Monitor and analyze key competitors sites
- Work closely with the overall Ecommerce team to create increased improvement on process and procedural development
- Demonstrate the ability to penetrate the appropriate customer, customer team, and internal functions to achieve maximum results on sales objectives
- Build and maintain exemplary professional relationships with internal and external customers
- Conduct pre and post promotion goals and analysis
- Key interaction with Accounts:
- Familiar with internal operations of Account process
- Understanding and management of online reviews, site content and execution
- Critical path forecasting to support Account business model
- Dual path management of Company and Account marketing programs. Clear and excellent execution of all programs
- Create events with Company that fit into the Account business model
- Continuous and refresher training of Company internal business teams on Accounts
- Expert on internal operations and needs of Accounts to link with Company
- Act with urgency to make the most of opportunities and accomplish goals and objectives of day-to-day business.
- Provide insights to POS trends within account base.
- Manage funds and resources for the best return on investment. Analyze data and implement high quality solutions and actions to solve problems proactively with a customer or team
- Maintain a high level of commitment to personally getting things done, assuming personal responsibility for achieving expected results and understanding the impact of our decisions
- Continuously challenge self-development and seek better operating practices.
- Effectively communicate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders using multiple tools to ensure effective visual communication.
- Perform similar level or nature of duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience:
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing or equivalent experience in marketing/sales
- 5 years’ experience in relevant Ecommerce Sales and Marketing
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Others:
- Strong internet and computer skills in MS Excel and Power point
- Familiarity with consumer goods and similar product lines as IRIS USA currently sales
- Ability to multi-task and support multiple priorities at one time
- Independently motivated and strong strategic planning
- Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
- Ability to create detailed and accurate Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations and sell sheets
- Demonstrate excellent math and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Required to travel to top accounts or industry shows, based on the approval of the Director of Ecommerce Sales

Physical ability to move body quickly to avoid moving mechanical parts and/or heavy machinery.

The work environment is frequently within the manufacturing and distribution plant consisting of moving mechanical parts or heavy machinery, vibrations, fumes, unpleasant odors, dust, poor ventilation chemicals, extreme temperatures, inadequate lighting, workspace restrictions, and moderate to loud noise while in the plant or travelling for work. Work during evenings and weekends as needed.
