"This is a Premium Short Grain White Rice From Japan. My family eats a lot of different types of rice and we really enjoyed this rice. This packaging is so convenient. There are 5 individually sealed bags of 2 cups of rice in this package. I like that it is already measured and all you have to do before cooking is lightly rinse with cold water. So easy! This riceIs harvested and imported right from Japan. It tasted fresh and wasn't to sticky. It was light and airy which we like. We have use this rice in several dishes and it went very well. This is a good product that we are definitely glad we tried."

Great short grain rice. I
"Great short grain rice. I like the separate bags each one makes enough rice for 4-5 people. Cooks well on both rice maker and stove top. I don't feel the need to wash it so it saves me the time it would take to wash it and let it dry for when I cook on stove top."

I love white rice but
"I love white rice but this rice was like nothing I have eaten before. I love that it comes in bags that have 2 cups. I found it very convenient that it was set 2 cups per bag. The rice is delicious! The rice stays together which I am sure it you be great for sushi."
