Easy vegetable broth using veggie chunks

Made without any added preservatives or artificial ingredients, this broth is a wholesome and natural way to add flavor to your cooking
4-6 oz. Any vegetable chunks (peels, stems, stalk etc.)
- 3.5 cup Water
- 1 tsp White wine

Rinse the vegetable chunks and place them in the pressure cooker.
Add the water and white wine to the pressure cooker.
From the main menu, select 'Auto Cook' and select 'Vege Broth' from the recipe presets. Press 'Ok' to start.
Securely attach lid and set the pressure release valve to 'SEAL' Press 'Ok' to start.
Once cook time has finished, ensure that the float valve has fully decended, then turn the pressure release valve to 'VENT'. Confim that all steam has released from the valve before opening the lid.
Open the pressure cooker and strain the broth through a fine mesh sieve to remove the solid vegetable pieces.
Your homemade vegetable broth is now ready to use or store for later.
Optional: You can add additional ingredients to your broth, such as herbs, spices, or additional vegetables for flavor. Just be sure not to overcrowd the pressure cooker.
