½ lbs Your favorite leaf vegetable (Spinach, Cabbage, Broccoli etc.)

To get started, all you will need is:

From the main menu, select 'Auto Cook' and select 'Steamed Leaf Veggie' from the recipe presets. Press 'Ok' to start.
Rinse your leaf vegetable under cold water to remove any dirt or debris.
Chop the leaf vegetable into bite sized and place them into the pressure cooker.
Add in 2-3 tbsp of water to the pressure cooker, making sure not to overcrowd the pot.
Securely attach lid and set the pressure release valve to 'VENT' Press 'Ok' to start.
Once cook time has finished, Confirm that all steam has released from the valve before opening the lid.
Serve the steamed leaf vegetable immediately, or transfer it to a separate dish to be served later. Enjoy!
