- 2 tbsp White wine
- 1 tbsp Consommé seasoning
- 1 cup Water

From the main menu, select 'Auto Cook' and select 'Onion Soup' from the recipe presets. Press 'Ok' to start.
Add the sliced onion and diced bacon into the inner pot.
Add the white wine, consommé seasoning, water, salt, and pepper to the pressure cooker and stir to combine.
Securely attach lid and set the pressure release valve to 'SEAL' Press 'Ok' to start.
Once cook time has finished, ensure that the float valve has fully descended, then turn the pressure release valve to 'VENT'. Confirm that all steam has released from the valve before opening the lid.
Ladle the soup into bowls and serve hot. Enjoy!
