1 pack Tofu (medium firm)

2 cups Water
- 1 Green onion

1 Piece of Kombu
- 3 tbsp Cooking sake
- Ponzu sauce
To get started, you'll need:

Cut the tofu into small cubes and set aside.
Place the water, green onion, kombu, and cooking sake in the pressure cooker.
From the main menu, select ‘Manual Cook’ and then choose ‘Boil/ Hot Pot’. Set the heat level to level 5.
Bring mixture to a boil, and remove the kombu from the inner pot and add in the tofu.
From the main menu, select 'Auto Cook' and select 'Hot Pot Tofu' from the recipe presets. Press 'Ok' to start.
Simmer until the cook time has finished, then let stand for 5 minutes.
Serve the hot pot tofu with a side of ponzu sauce for dipping. Enjoy!
