Ingredients

2 cups Cooked rice

½ lbs Your choice of meat (Chicken / White fish / Shrimp etc.)

½ Can tomato

6 oz. Sausage

3 Okra

1 Bell pepper

1 Onion

1 stalk Celery

2 cloves Garlic

1.5 cups Chicken broth

4 tbsp Butter

3 tbsp Flour

1 Bay leaf

2 tbsp Olive oil

1 tsp Creole seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste
To get started started, you'll need:

From the main menu, select ‘Manual Cook’ and then choose ‘Sear/Sauté’. Set the heat level to level 3.
Heat the oil, then add the sausage and cook for a few minutes until browned, then remove it from the pot and set aside.
In the same pot, add the diced onion, bell pepper, celery, and okra pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are softened.
Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
Add the flour and stir to create a roux. Cook for about 2 minutes until the roux is golden brown.
Add the chicken broth, canned tomato, bay leaf, and creole seasoning to the pot and stir well.
Add your protein of choice and the cooked sausage back into the pot.
From the main menu, select 'Auto Cook' and select 'Gumbo' from the recipe presets. Press 'Ok' to start.
Securely attach lid and set the pressure release valve to 'SEAL' Press 'Ok' to start.
Once cook time has finished, ensure that the float valve has fully descended, then turn the pressure release valve to 'VENT'. Confirm that all steam has released from the valve before opening the lid.
Stir in the butter and season with salt and pepper to taste.
