Frozen Watermelon Moscow Mule

Ingredients:

2 oz vodka
4 oz ginger beer
1 oz fresh lime juice
1 cup chopped watermelon
1 mint leaf
6 oz crushed ice

Instructions:

1. Fill blender with ice
2. Add vodka, ginger beer, lime juice, watermelon
3. Blend until slushy consistency
4. Add mint leaves and lime slice for garnish
