Dole Whip (Mocktail)

2 Servings


8 ounces pineapple juice
splash of lemon juice
2 cups vanilla ice cream
2 cups frozen pineapple chunks (thawed 20 min)
1 tablespoon sugar
8oz crushed ice
2 Fresh pineapple wedges


  1. Fill blender with ice
  2. Add pineapple juice, lemon juice, ice cream, frozen pineapple and sugar and blend until smooth
  3. Pour into 2 cups and garnish with fresh pineapple wedges
