Ingredients

1 Canned white clam sauce

0.5 lbs Clams

0.5 lbs Seafood mix (frozen)

2 oz. Bacon

1 Onion

1 Carrot

1 Potato

1 stalk Celery

A little of Salt and pepper
- 4 tsp Consommé seasoning
- 1 cup Water
- 0.5 cup White wine
- 1 Bay leaf
To get started, you'll need:

From the main menu, select ‘Manual Cook’ and then choose ‘Sear/Satue’. Set the heat level to level 3.
Once heated, Add the bacon to the pot and cook until it becomes crispy and browned.
Once the bacon is cooked, add in the onion, carrot, celery, and potato. Cook these vegetables until they become soft and translucent.
Next, add in the canned white clam sauce, seafood mix, and clams. Stir these ingredients together until they are well combined.
Add in the water, white wine, consommé seasoning, bay leaf, and a little bit of salt and pepper. Stir everything together until it is well combined.
From the main menu, select 'Auto Cook' and select 'Clam Chowder' from the recipe presets. Press 'Ok' to start.
Securely attach lid and set the pressure release valve to 'SEAL' Press 'Ok' to start.
- 9. After cooked, add the canned white clam sauce and clam to the inner pot
Once cook time has finished, ensure that the float valve has fully descended, then turn the pressure release valve to 'VENT'. Confirm that all steam has released from the valve before opening the lid.
Remove the bay leaf and stir the chowder. Serve the chowder hot with a sprinkle of salt and pepper on top if desired. Enjoy!
