8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated

1 Garlic clove
- 1 cup White wine

1 tbsp Potato starch (Or corn starch)

From the main menu, select ‘Manual Cook’ and then choose ‘Boil/Hot Pot’. Set the heat level to level 5.
In the pressure cooker, add the white wine and minced garlic. bring to a boil.
Once boiling, slowly add in the cheese and potato starch, a handful at a time, and whisk until melted. Combine and smooth to liking. If you pour it all in at one time it may become lumpy.
Reduce the heat to low and continue stirring until the cheese has fully melted and the fondue is smooth.
Serve the fondue in a communal pot with your choice of dipping ingredients. Enjoy!
