1 lbs Pork shoulder loin

1-2 stalk Green onion

1 Ginger clove
- 6 tbsp Soy sauce
- 5 tbsp Cooking sake
- 5 tbsp Sugar
- 3 tbsp Water

From the main menu, select ‘Manual Cook’ and then choose ‘Sear/Satue’. Set the heat level to level 5.
Once Pot is hot, sear the pork loin for 1-2 minutes on each side.
Chop the green onion and ginger into small pieces.
In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, cooking sake, sugar, and water.
Place the pork shoulder loin into the pressure cooker and add in the green onion and ginger.
Pour the soy sauce mixture over the pork and vegetables, making sure to evenly coat everything.
From the main menu, select 'Auto Cook' and select 'Grilled BBQ Pork' from the recipe presets. Press 'Ok' to start.
Securely attach lid and set the pressure release valve to 'SEAL' Press 'Ok' to start.
Once cook time has finished, ensure that the float valve has fully descended, then turn the pressure release valve to 'VENT'. Confirm that all steam has released from the valve before opening the lid.
Serve the BBQ grilled pork with your choice of sides and enjoy!
